Cozy cottage with its own lake plot by Lake Mien. Completely private location with a sandy beach directly in front of the house where you can take a morning dip when there is morning sun on the property. There is otherwise a lot of beech forest and the grounds are full of chanterelles. Close to Ryd and Urshult and only 20 minutes to Tingsryd and Karlshamn.

Description
Cozy cottage of 50 m² with its own lake plot and completely private location. You have a sandy beach and rowing boat directly in front of the house. The plot is 2000 m² and fenced. The cabin has two bedrooms, one of which is a walk-through room so suitable for a maximum of 2 adults. The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, electric stove/oven, microwave, coffee maker and kettle. The cabin has an outdoor shower with running hot and cold water. On the plot there is a dry toilet with a view of the lake. You have a covered terrace where you can sit and look out over the lake. The nearest bathing spots are Midingstorp, which is very untouched and beautiful nature where you can take a walk out on Långe nabbe and Midingsbråte where there is a bathing jetty and also a kiosk where you can buy ice cream in the summer.
The nearest ICA store is Ryd 11 km. There is also a cozy hardware store here that really has everything. It is 12 km to Urshult and here you can take a trip to Sirkön and Lunnabacken. Urshult is known for its fine apple orchards. Also take the opportunity to take a trip to Tingsryd, which is 22 km from your cabin. Here, Börjes is worth a visit and Tingsryd Resort with its good lunch food. Here you can also play mini golf and tennis. It is only 20 minutes if you want to take a trip to Karlshamn in Blekinge. Here you can eat good fish at Väggahamnen.
You clean the cabin yourself on departure and bring your own sheets and towels. We charge a deposit of SEK 1,500, which you receive again provided that the cabin is cleaned upon departure.
No smoking. Pets on request.
An electricity cost of SEK 3.50/Kwh is added.
