Beskrivning
Cosy cottage in Grönteboda outside Ryd with its own lake plot and completely private location. You have a sandy beach and rowing boat directly in front of the house. The plot has a lot of beech forest and is fenced and on 2000 m². The cottage has one bedroom with 2 single beds. The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, electric hob/oven, microwave, coffee maker and kettle. The cottage has an outdoor shower with hot and cold running water and there is a dry toilet in the grounds with lake views. You have a covered terrace where you can sit and look out over the lake and enjoy your morning coffee. The nearest bathing places are Midingstorp which is very unspoilt and nice nature where you can take a walk out on Långe nabbe and Midingsbråte where there is a bathing jetty and also a kiosk where you can buy ice cream in the summer.
The nearest ICA store is Ryd 11 km. Here you will also find a cosy hardware store that really has everything. Urshult is 12 km away and here you can take a trip to Sirkön and Lunnabacken. Urshult is known for its fine apple orchards. Also take the opportunity to take a trip to Tingsryd which is 22 km from your cottage. Here Börjes is worth a visit and Tingsryd Resort with its good lunch food. Here you can also play mini golf and tennis. It is only 20 minutes if you want to take a trip to Karlshamn in Blekinge where you can eat good fish at Väggahamnen.
We charge a deposit of 1500 SEK or 150 Euro.
No smoking and pets.
An electricity cost of 4 SEK/Kwh is added.
Rental price 2025 (Lilla Huset - Drömstugan):
8000 SEK/week all year round.

Our absolute favourite place! Nature, peace and quiet, relaxation, recreation, unwinding! Here we have everything we need to recharge our batteries! And the best thing of all is the morning swim in the lake and then the coffee on the beach! 😍

Fantastic location, marvellous nature and extremely peaceful. It's the perfect place to "come down" - and become a fan of outdoor showers.
