How do I book a cabin?

You can easily book our cabins on our website here. You can also contact us by phone or email to book.

Who should I contact if I have questions or concerns about my booking?

Do I have to pay a deposit on arrival?

Most cabin owners charge a deposit of SEK 1,500–2,000 in cash upon arrival. The deposit is returned provided the cabin is left clean and without damage. We require you to have your own liability home insurance which includes legal protection.

Where can I find information about my booking?

In connection with your booking confirmation, you will receive a rental contract with all the information you may need about your booking.

How do I cancel my booking?

You contact us via email info@lillahuset.com or by phone +46 73 8134074. Remember that cancellations take place in accordance with our rental conditions which you can find here .

Can I change my booking?

Some changes can be made to your booking. Contact us by email info@lillahuset.com or by phone +46 73 8134074 to hear more.

Can I add travel insurance?

No. We recommend that you take out your own cancellation insurance.

How does payment work?

The payment is divided into two occasions and you also have the option of paying the entire amount at once. At the first payment, you pay 25 % of the rental amount within 10 days from the day of booking. The remaining rental amount must be at our disposal no later than 6 weeks before arrival. Payment is made via bank transfer.

Where do I pick up the key?

In connection with your final payment, you will receive directions and information about where to pick up the key.

What time can I check in and out?

Check-in can take place at the earliest at 16:00 on the day of arrival and check-out can take place no later than 10:00 on the day of departure.

Is final cleaning included in my booking?

Final cleaning is not included when booking, which means that you as a guest are responsible for cleaning the cabin before departure. In some cases, final cleaning can be purchased as an extra or be mandatory and it is then stated in the house's description how much this service costs.

Can I choose to add bed linen after I book?

If it says in the house description that it is possible, it is possible. To do so, contact us by email info@lillahuset.com or by phone +46 73 8134074.

Complaint?
