Well-equipped holiday home with panoramic views of Lake Flåren, 8 km from Lagan. Flåren is a popular fishing lake where you can catch pike, perch and zander. The lake has a connection with Lake Furen in the north if you want to go exploring.

Beskrivning
Holiday in a well-equipped holiday home with a fantastic location directly on Lake Flåren in Ljungby municipality. The house is 220 m² and for a maximum of 6 people and a baby. You have 3 bedrooms available, two with double bed on the lower floor and one with double bed and an extra single bed on the upper floor. Up here is also a living room with great views of the lake. On the lower floor there are 2 bathrooms, 1 with shower and WC and one with shower, whirlpool bath and WC. You have a large living room with wood burning stove and open plan to the kitchen which has induction hob, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave. Laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. The house is winterised and heated via geothermal heating and part of the house has underfloor heating. There is also an air source heat pump with A/C. In the living room there is a large Smart TV, 55 inches, AirPlay and many other channels. Wifi is available via fibre. There is a heated conservatory and an unheated one. Garden furniture and barbecue on the plot which is 1254 m². Cot and high chair are available in the house. Below the house there is a nice sandy beach if you want to take a morning dip. You have your own mooring at the communal jetty down by the lake and this includes a small rowing boat. You also have the option of bringing your own boat or hiring a larger fishing boat with a motor. There are many nice bathing places around the lake, including Sandviken, which is really a ”lingonberry place” if you find it and if you are lucky you are all alone on the beach.
You live just 8 km from Lagan where there is an ICA store, petrol station, Peters Sport which sells fishing gear, Laganland Moose Park and Golf Course and Slussen secondhand with a nice café. You live near Sussies Café in Flattinge which serves good cheesecake. It is 20 km to the nearest town which is Ljungby. There is much to discover here. Why not have a good lunch at the cosy Gästis on Gamla Torg. The area here has plenty of nice fishing lakes and swimming spots. At Sundet there is a nice swimming area at Lake Vidöstern. Lake Furen has the Småland Hawaii bathing area with fine evening sun. The area is usually referred to as the Lake Kingdom, where Lake Bolmen links Småland's Lake Kingdom.
Mandatory cleaning 1500 SEK will be added on site.
No pets and no smoking.
Youth groups are excluded.

Reviews
A great house in a great location. Approx. 50 metres away is the lake, including its own small jetty. The house is clean and everything you need is available.
A special word of praise goes to Susanne, who also speaks excellent German.
