Nice holiday home in the village of Hörda, 13 km from Lagan and Ryssby. Here you live among animals on a farm, so you can safely call it "Live on a farm". You are close to Gässhult and can cycle to Furen and Flåren where there are great swimming opportunities. It is only 20 minutes to Ljungby by car, where there are plenty of shops, cozy restaurants and a museum. From Ljungby, it is only a stone's throw from Lake Bolmen, which is Sweden's tenth largest lake.

Description
Nice holiday home on the farm Bökeliden in Hörda. The house is rented out to a maximum of 4 people and the living area is approx. 90 m². Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds and one with a double bed). The kitchen is cozy and has a fridge/freezer, electric stove/oven, microwave, coffee maker and kettle. The bathroom, which is also on the lower level, has a WC, shower and washing machine. There is a cozy glazed veranda where it is lovely to sit and have breakfast in the summer and watch the grazing animals that walk around the house. The living room has TV and Chromecast and the house has WIFI via fiber network. The cabin is heated via an air source heat pump. You live on a living farm, so there are animals on the farm and the chickens run free. The plot is large with garden furniture and a barbecue on the plot. There is a small sauna (electrically heated) that you can use together with the Drängstugan, which is 20 m from the main house.
You have several lakes within reach. The nearest ones called Furen and Flåren are 7 km away. Here there are great swimming and fishing opportunities for zander, pike and perch. Possibility to rent a boat at the lake and nice cycle paths there. Your accommodation is 13 km from Lagan, where you have the nearest shop. There is a secondhand shop here called Slussen, which is a nice meeting place with a café. At Laganland there is a nice golf course and a moose park for those of you who are interested in watching moose. There is also Elinge Älgrike in Hamneda south of Ljungby and Smålandet down by Markaryd is worth a visit. Ljungby is the nearest town and is 25 km from Hörda. There are plenty of restaurants, shopping and museums here. You are also close to other lakes such as Vidöstern, Kösen and Bolmen. Bolmen is Sweden's tenth largest lake and here you can drive out to Bolmsö and take the cable ferry over to the other side and take the opportunity to eat at Tiraholm Fish, which has a very nice fish restaurant with good zander.
Smoking and pets are not allowed.
You bring your own sheets and towels and you clean the house before departure.
A deposit of SEK 1,500 is taken upon arrival, which you will receive again provided that the house is cleaned.
This holiday home is rented weekly only during July and August.
Price HS+LS: SEK 6900,-/week incl. electricity.
