Cosy cottage in Hölminge, only 350 metres from Lake Bolmen. The cottage is located in a cottage area, but with few neighbours it still feels quiet and undisturbed. Bolmen is a beautiful lake with many islands and excellent opportunities for both swimming and fishing.

Accommodation and amenities
The cottage can accommodate up to 6 people and has three bedrooms: one with a 140 cm wide double bed and two with a 90 cm single bed each. In addition, there is a sofa bed in the glazed conservatory which is 140 cm. With a plot of 1786 m², you will have plenty of space to enjoy the outdoors, barbecue and relax in the garden furniture. The house has a living area of 75 m² and a glazed conservatory of 16 m² - a favourite place to hang out whatever the weather.
The open-plan layout between the kitchen and living room creates a bright and inviting atmosphere. The kitchen is fully equipped with a hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. The living room has a cosy wood-burning stove and TV, and the whole house has WiFi. The air source heat pump provides a comfortable temperature all year round, with both heating and AC. The bathroom is equipped with shower and WC. Outside the house awaits a large terrace where you can enjoy long summer evenings, and the glazed conservatory will quickly become a favourite for breakfast or a cup of coffee in the evening sun.
Near the lake - swimming, boating and fishing
You have your own mooring at the lake, and a boat is included in the hire. If you want to go on longer trips, you can hire a motor from Filip Jönsson at Bolmstad Säteri. In the cottage area there are two child-friendly bathing areas with small sandy beaches - perfect for the family. Lake Bolmen, Sweden's tenth largest lake, offers fantastic bathing opportunities and is known for its fine fishing with zander, pike and perch.
Excursions and attractions nearby
Hölminge is located about 17 km from Ljungby, where you will find cosy restaurants, shopping and attractions. Have a good lunch at Gästgivargården or visit one of the many flea markets in the area. In Lagan there is Slussen, which is a nice second-hand shop and has a cafe. Up at Laganland there is a nice golf course for golf enthusiasts and a moose park and a Cliff Burton museum.
In Tannåker you will find the restaurant Båtbaren and a small convenience store. From here you can also take the bridge over to Bolmsö and then the ferry from Hägern to Sunnaryd - a beautiful trip across Bolmen. A short distance from Sunnaryd, we recommend a visit to Tiraholm, where you can enjoy a deliciously cooked zander in a beautiful lakeside setting. And for those who long for the sea, it's not far to the vast sandy beaches of Tylösand outside Halmstad.
