Beskrivning
Nice and well-equipped holiday home with lake view just 100 m from Furen and SmĂ„lands Hawai. Here you can holiday with a large group or several families together or why not plan your next conference at Furulund. The living space is approx. 400 mÂČ and you have your own plot of approx. 3000 mÂČ and a common park. The house is insulated all year round and for a maximum of 14 people. You have two floors and a basement where there is a sauna, shower, WC with relaxation room, a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer and a room with some exercise equipment. On the first floor is the well-equipped kitchen with induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer and dishwasher. You have a large dining table with open-plan to the living room which has a sofa group and fireplace. In total there are 6 bedrooms in the house (3 bedrooms with double bed 180 and 3 bedrooms with single beds 90 and 1 bedroom with single bed 90 and a sofa bed). You have a jacuzzi in the main bathroom which also contains a shower, WC and a bidet. There are a total of 3 bathrooms with shower and 5 WC. The house is heated via geothermal heating and the electricity is included in the rent. The house has a smart TV, Wifi via fibre and a Chromcast. High chair and cot are available. Outside the house you have a nice patio with garden furniture and lake views. Here you can light the barbecue and sit and enjoy the evening sun. Charging station for electric car available.
Furulund has its own fine sandy beach with a jetty and barbecue area just 100 metres from your accommodation. Here you can rent boats for 2500 SEK per week incl. a 4 stroke engine. The beach is shared with the other houses at Furulund. Lake Furen is a good fishing lake and you buy fishing licences via i.fiske. There are several boat ramps where you can launch your boat at Furen, the closest is at SmÄlands Hawaii which is adjacent to your beach at Furulund. SmÄlands Hawaii is a municipal bathing area.
The location here in Furulund is perfect for hiking, sauna and a boat trip on Lake Furen, which is known for its large pike-perch. The nearest shopping facilities are 13 km away in Bor and Rydaholm. In Rydaholm you also have a railway station if you come by train. There are nice nature reserves in the area such as Rusarebo Ăng by Lake Hindsen and Högakull by Lake Rymmen. VĂ€rnamo, which is 26 km from your accommodation, also has a train station and many nice restaurants and excursion destinations. Vandalorum is a museum and here you can also have a good lunch.

The villa is beautiful and exceeded all our expectations!
The rooms are cosy and the beds are very comfortable. The well-equipped kitchen and a large laundry room, as well as a great big bathroom and sauna are other highlights.
The garden is beautiful and there is a barbecue and comfortable garden furniture.
The lake, the private beach and the location are marvellous!

Perfect for a large family with children or for two families.

Very comfortably equipped spacious holiday home in a quiet location with lake view and beach. I was very satisfied.
The house is located in a beautiful area, very large, and well-equipped. The sauna and jacuzzi complement the already very positive experience. Communication with the owner is top-notch; the people are extremely kind. I recommend it!
