Beskrivning
Nice cottage with a fantastic panoramic view of Lake Rasjön. Here you have nice evening sun and it is only 80 m down to the bathing area which has a nice sandy beach. The cottage is suitable for a maximum of 7-8 people. The living space is approx. 66 m² plus the small cottage, which is approx. 30 m². The cottage has an open-plan layout with a wood-burning stove and panoramic views from the living room, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, induction hob, oven, fridge-freezer and microwave. There are two bedrooms in the cottage, one with two beds and one with a bunk bed where the bottom bunk is wider. The annexe is a large room with a partition wall between the double bed and the bunk bed. The cottage has a bathroom with a shower, toilet and underfloor heating, as well as an additional shower in the outbuilding. There is also a sauna and a washing machine here. Smart TV, electricity and Wi-Fi are included in the rent. The cottage has an air source heat pump and electric radiators. The cottage has a glazed balcony and an open terrace. The plot is 875 m² and has 2 swings, garden furniture and barbecue. Down by the lake you have a boat at your disposal and a nice sandy beach. You have the possibility to rent a boat motor (4 stroke, 5 hp) for 1000 SEK per week.
The nearest shop and lunch spot is in Taberg, 20 km away, and the city of Jönköping is only 36 km from your accommodation. There are, of course, many shops and restaurants along Lake Vättern. The Elmia exhibition centre is located just outside Jönköping. There are many places to visit in and around Jönköping. Take a trip to Gränna and catch the boat over to Visingsö. Isaberg and the pleasant restaurants Hestraviken and Högaloft are also not far away.
Practical information
The boat is included. The engine is available to hire for 1,000 SEK per week. You are welcome to pay in euros.
Use of the sauna by arrangement.
You can book cleaning for 1500 SEK and bed linen for 200 SEK/person.
Cot and high chair available.
Electricity included during summer. Firewood can be purchased from the owner.
Not youth groups.
Pets welcome.

A two-week summer break at Rasjön. The location of the holiday home is simply brilliant – the stunning view of the lake, the sunsets, the wildflower meadow, the peace and quiet – and it was well equipped, with hardly anything missing; and if anything did go wrong, Mikael was there straight away. We’re taking home lots of lovely memories and can wholeheartedly recommend both the cottage and booking it through Lillahuset.
