Beskrivning
Nice and well-equipped holiday home in Furulund with lake view over Lake Furen. You live on approx. 3000 mÂČ of your own plot and next to your accommodation is a large park that you have access to. It is only 100 metres down to the beach where you have a nice sandy beach and barbecue facilities. Here are boats that you can rent for 2500 SEK per week incl. a 4 stroke engine. The beach is shared with the other houses at Furulund.Sjön Furen is a very popular fishing lake with large zander. At SmĂ„lands Hawaii, which adjoins your beach, there is a boat ramp and also a jetty and changing rooms. The house is approx. 400 mÂČ and has 2 floors and in the basement there is a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. There is also a living room with a sofa group and perhaps in the future a table tennis table. On the ground floor you have a well-equipped kitchen with induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer and a large room with dining table for many people. The house is for 15+1 people. There are a total of 7 bedrooms (4 with double bed 1.80 and 3 bedrooms with two single beds (90) in each bedroom and a sofa bed 1.20 in a separate room). There are two living rooms, one with access to the lake and the other with access to the glazed conservatory. From the glazed conservatory you can then walk directly out to the pleasant patio which has garden furniture and barbecue. There is an awning on the functional house. Your holiday home has 3 bathrooms (2 showers and 1 jacuzzi) and 5 WC. The house is insulated all year round and is heated via geothermal heating and it includes TV, Chromecast and Wifi via fibre. High chair and cot are available. Upstairs there is also a balcony with a nice lake view where you can sit and enjoy the evening sun. In the area there is a charging station for electric cars. There is a fish cleaning area at the house and for fishermen there is the possibility to rent more boats when pre-booking. Electricity and Wifi are included in the rent. Firewood can be purchased.
You live outside Horda in Jönköping County but very close to Kronoberg County so it is only 10 km to Hörda which is classified as a cultural village, one of Sweden's longest villages. From your accommodation you have 21 km to Lagan where you can go and watch moose up on Laganland and visit Slussen secondhand. Your nearest shopping opportunity is in Bor or Rydaholm 13 km then VĂ€rnamo is only 26 km away. You are close to Glasriket and VĂ€xjö and why not take a trip to Kalmar and Ăland. Near Furulund there are two nature reserves. One is located towards VĂ€rnamo and is called Rusarebo Ăng by Lake Hindsen and the other is located in Sjuhult outside Rydaholm and is called Högakull, here you have a fantastic view of Lake Rymmen.

We spent 14 days with 13 people in this lovely house. It offered us plenty of space to play, relax and spend time together. We did a lot of fishing, swimming and relaxing in the large garden.
Whenever there were problems in the house, the landlord was quick to respond.
A few minor details in the kitchen could perhaps be improved, but overall we felt very comfortable and slept very well. Despite the road, itâsIt really is very peaceful, and anyone looking for some peace and quiet will certainly be in very good hands here in these beautiful surroundings.

We spent 14 days at Funkys and were very happy with our stay. The house was very spacious and gave us plenty of room to give each other some space. Whenever minor issues cropped up, such as faulty light bulbs or even a broken oar on the boat, either Susanne or Karl were extremely helpful. For us, it was a fantastic 14 days with 13 people, and we wanted for nothing. Inside and The outdoor areas were well maintained. Susanne came to visit us and is always open to suggestions for improvement. The outdoor area is so large that we were even able to set up a volleyball net and play Viking chess on the other side. On rainy days, there would be plenty of opportunities to play indoors, and generally speaking, we wanted for nothing. A big thank you from 13 happy people who had a lovely time there. The perfect house for us â three large families. Close to many of SmĂ„landâs activities. Perfect with a large lawn for the children to play on, and a spacious basement with plenty of room for rainy days. Great to have swimming facilities nearby, and a sauna for colder days. The house was lovely and refurbished, with plenty of showers and toilets. Very comfortable beds, which is unusual when renting a house đ
The host was quick to reply to questions andand very nice!
The only downside was that some details felt unfinished; door linings and thresholds were missing in some places, which meant that sound travelled more easily into the bedrooms. Blackout curtains were missing in some rooms, whilst they were present in others.
All in all, a perfect house for larger groups!
This is the second time we have been there, the house is superb and the location by the lake is perfect for relaxing. We all felt very comfortable again.
We spent our summer holidays in this house and enjoyed it very much.
We particularly like the proximity to the beach and the well-kept gardens.
The house is very large and has several cosy corners for relaxing or sitting together.
