Nice and well-equipped holiday home at Furulund with lake view over Lake Furen. You live on approx. 3000 m² of your own plot and next to your accommodation is a large park that you have access to. Nearby is your neighbouring house Furulund 1 and it is possible to rent both houses if you are a very large group or planning a kickoff or conference. If you want to rent single nights during seasons B and C, it is possible. Price: from 7000 SEK/night - more information is available on request. It is only 100 metres down to the beach where you have a nice sandy beach and barbecue facilities. Here you can rent a boat with motor if you want to go fishing. Lake Furen is a very popular fishing lake with large zander. At Smålands Hawaii, which adjoins your beach, there is a boat ramp and also a jetty and changing rooms. The house is approx. 400 m² and has 2 floors and in the basement there is a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. There is also a living room with a sofa group and perhaps in the future a table tennis table. On the ground floor you have a well-equipped kitchen with induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer and a large room with dining table for many people. The house sleeps 14 people (18 on request) with 7 bedrooms where all bedrooms have a double bed. There are two living rooms, one with access to the lake and the other with access to the glazed conservatory. From the glazed conservatory you can then go directly out to the nice patio which has garden furniture and barbecue. There is an awning on the functional house. Your holiday home has 3 bathrooms (2 showers and 1 jacuzzi) and 5 WC. The house is insulated all year round and heated by geothermal heating and electricity is included in the rent. There is a TV and chromecast and Wifi via fibre included in the rent. High chair and cot available. Upstairs there is also a balcony with a nice lake view where you can sit and enjoy the evening sun.

You live outside Horda in Jönköping County but very close to Kronoberg County so it is only 10 km to Hörda which is classified as a cultural village, one of Sweden's longest villages. From your accommodation you have 21 km to Lagan where you can go and watch moose up on Laganland and visit Slussen secondhand. Your nearest shopping opportunity is in Bor or Rydaholm 13 km then Värnamo is only 26 km away. You are close to Glasriket and Växjö and why not take a trip to Kalmar and Öland. Near Furulund there are two nature reserves. One is located towards Värnamo and is called Rusarebo Äng by Lake Hindsen and the other is located in Sjuhult outside Rydaholm and is called Högakull, here you have a fantastic view of Lake Rymmen.

Boat with motor available for hire 2500 SEK/week.
Electricity and Wifi included.
Compulsory cleaning 2500 SEK payable to the owner on arrival.
Bed linen including sheets can be rented for 200 SEK/person.
Firewood can be purchased.
Smoking is not allowed.
