Nice and well-equipped holiday home with good standard located in the cottage area Tallbacken just a stone's throw from Lake Bolmen. You have a berth in Bolmstad harbour and boat included. Motor can be hired.

Beskrivning
Stuga Herman is a cosy cottage 80 m from Lake Bolmen 12 km from Ljungby. The cottage is suitable for a maximum of 6 people and has a living area of 100 mÂČ. The cottage has 2 bedrooms, one bedroom with double bed and direct connection to the bathroom and one bedroom with bunk bed, both with curtains. The plot is 600 mÂČ. There is an open terrace around the whole house approx. 74 mÂČ, if you want to enjoy the morning coffee and the lake view. In the living room there is a sofa bed for 2 persons. In the large living room you can enjoy the evening sun over the Bolmen at the large dining table. In the annex there are 2 single beds and can be used in summer. The kitchen has an electric hob/oven, microwave, fridge/freezer. The bathroom has a shower, WC and washing machine. The holiday home has TV and Wifi via fibre included and is heated via air source heat pump. Electricity is included in summer. Garden furniture, barbecue, parasol and high chair are available in the cabin. Adjacent to the house is a small built-in conservatory where you can sit when it's cold or raining.
Down by the beach there is a nice communal swimming area with a sandy beach and a playground for children. Here in Tallbacken you can play boules and celebrate traditional Swedish midsummer. At Bolmstad harbour, which is about 400 m further away, you have a harbour pub that serves food all day and in the evenings there is often music. You can fish for pikeperch, perch and pike in Lake Bolmen and buy a fishing licence from Filip Jönsson in Bolmstad SÀteri. If you want to hire more boats, you can do so from Filip at the manor. Bolmen is Sweden's tenth largest lake. In TannÄker there is a general store and then you can drive on over the bridge to Bolmsö where there is much to discover. Why not take the ferry over to Sunnaryd and visit the fish restaurant Tiraholm where you eat good pike-perch. Here you also have the opportunity to buy smoked fish to take home.
Rowing boat and berth at the harbor included.
4-stroke Suzuki engine 6 hp for rent 1200 SEK/week.
A mandatory cleaning fee of SEK 900 is charged on arrival.
Smoking and youth groups are discouraged.

Great house in a very good neighbourhood. From the very large terrace you have a beautiful view of the Bolmen and can enjoy the sunsets. From the large dining table in the living room you also have a marvellous panoramic view of the terrace. It is only a few metres to the nearby swimming area with a jetty in the lake.
We rented the house in summer 24. It is very cosy and really well equipped. You immediately feel very comfortable and like you have arrived on holiday. Everything is very clean and well maintained. On the large terrace you can have a wonderful breakfast or barbecue in the evening and enjoy the bright nights. The lake with bathing facilities is about 100 metres away. There is a small cafe nearby. You can park right next to the cottage and if you have children with you, there is a small cottage for them. This was our first holiday in Sweden and it was exactly how we wanted it to be. had presented.
