Fantastic holiday home that has everything you could wish for such as sauna, boat, outdoor kitchen and jacuzzi. Very good standard located 80 m from Rasjön at Bondstorp outside Vaggeryd in Jönköping County.

Fantastic holiday home with its own lake plot, wonderful location and high standard, perfect for up to 8 people. The house is on 120 m². From the lovely living room, you have a panoramic view of Lake Rasjön from the large glass windows. On cold evenings, you can warm yourself in front of the wood-burning stove. The house has 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed and direct access to the terrace, and 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds. There is a sofa bed in the TV room. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, electric stove/oven, fridge, freezer and microwave. There is a large bathroom with shower and toilet, as well as underfloor heating. A washing machine and tumble dryer are available in the house. Down by the lake there is a wood-fired sauna, as well as a jetty for swimming and mooring your boat. There is also a barbecue area and seating. The plot covers 2,800 m² and features a wood-fired spa bath. jacuzzi and an outdoor kitchen where you can prepare meals. There is also a greenhouse and a glassed-in conservatory, as well as several patios around the house with garden furniture, a gas barbecue, a charcoal barbecue and sun loungers. Smart/TV, electricity & wifi via fibre included. The house has solar cells on the roof and an indoor heat pump. There is a charging station for electric cars (here an electricity surcharge applies).
Everything you need for a relaxing holiday for body and soul is right here. To ensure you can sit back and simply enjoy your last day before departure, there is a charge of 200 euros for the compulsory cleaning service. This 200 euros also includes bed linen and towels.
The nearest shop is in Taberg 20 km and then the big city Jönköping is only 36 km from your accommodation. There are of course many shops and restaurants along Lake Vättern. Elmia fair is located just outside Jönköping. There are many excursion destinations in and around Jönköping. Feel free to make an excursion to Gränna and take the boat over to Visingsö.

A really lovely house and a brilliant landlord
If you love peace and quiet and the great outdoors, this house is the perfect place for you. It doesn’t get any better than this. It has everything you need. Pure relaxation. The landlord is really friendly and always there if you have a problem. So we can highly recommend it. And we’ll definitely be back.
We have already spent our family holidays twice in Mikael's house (2 adults, 3 children + dog). The house is located at the end of a small settlement with its own access to Rasjön. Our anglers were very happy with the boat, and we were able to book an electric motor separately.
From the sauna you have a view of the lake and then you go straight into the lake.
The (heated) Jacuzzi is very popular with the childrenbt. Whatever the weather, you’ll always find a suitable spot – whether it’s the terrace, a covered seating area or the greenhouse – to enjoy your barbecue.
This house is perfect for us – we’ve already booked it for next year 😊.
