Beskrivning
Nice cottage in the countryside in Boaryd 7 km from Ryssby. The cottage is for max. 7 people and has a living space of approx. 130 m². The house has a large plot of 3000 m² with garden furniture and barbecue. The plot is suitable for play and games and only 100 m. from the cottage you have a pond with 2 barbecue areas and a small island in the pond. You can only see a neighbouring house about 100 m away on the other side of the road. The house has 2 bedrooms (1 on the ground floor with 2 single beds 90 cm and 1 upstairs with a double bed 180 cm and a bunk bed with 2×90 cm) and a walk-through room with a single bed 90 cm. Downstairs there is a bathroom with shower and WC, washing machine and tumble dryer and you have an extra toilet both downstairs and upstairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with electric hob/oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. The living room has a sofa group, smart TV and chromecast with Wifi via fibre. The house is heated via air heat pump which has AC in summer and there is access to extra elements. Electricity is included in summer.
There is a boat for hire on a trailer, 250 SEK/day or 1000 SEK/week. You have several lakes such as. Ryssbysjön, Stensjön and Agunnarydsjön nearby. You have the opportunity to rent an electric motor but it can only be used in Ryssbysjön. The nearest bathing place is in Ryssbysjön, which is 7 km away. Here in Ryssby you will find the nearest ICA store and then there is a lunch restaurant at Ryssby Hotel. Down by the lake in Ryssby is Lindmarkersparken, which offers many activities such as a paddle court, off-road track, playground, adventure golf and an outdoor gym. Then you only have 13 km to Ljungby where you will find lots of restaurants and shopping. There are plenty of moose parks in the area.

It is possible to book the house on request even shorter times but at least 2 nights, 1000 SEK / night.

Deposit: 1500 SEK or 150 Euro payable on arrival.
A high chair and travel cot are available.
Sauna 250 SEK/day (firewood included).
Final cleaning 1200 SEK can be ordered.
Sheets and towels can be rented for 150 and 50 SEK /set/person
Electricity is included but an electricity cost of SEK 4 per KWh is added during the period 1/3-30/4
