Beskrivning
Hagen is a nice and cosy cottage located approx. 250 m from Asasjön outside Tolg in Småland. The cottage is for 4 people and has a living area of 53 m². The house has a cosy living room with sofa group, TV (Swedish channels 1,2,4), a wood stove for cooler evenings (here the wood is included) and direct access to the large terrace in front of the house. The terrace has an awning and comfortable sun loungers. There are 2 bedrooms including a walk-through room. The walk-through room has a bunk bed and the other bedroom has a double bed. Kitchen with Electric hob/oven, microwave, fridge/freezer. Cosy toilet room with WC and washbasin. The shower (hot and cold water) is located in the annex on the plot (not available in winter). The cottage is insulated all year round and heated by direct electricity and air source heat pump. You live close to nature and the plot is 2600 m². You have only a few houses in the neighbourhood. The garden is suitable for ball games, there is an electric barbecue and garden furniture. You glimpse Lake Asasjön from the terrace and approx. 500 m further away you have Tolg's fine bathing place. Asasjön is a lake between the two church villages Tolg and Asa in Växjö municipality in Småland.
In Tolg there is a very special country store that is worth visiting. Krogen på Logen, is located right next door and is a nice restaurant that has both food and café and some days music evenings. Asa Herrgård is located at the northern end of Lake Asasjön and has a lot to offer such as Swedish food, canoe and boat hire and nice hiking trails behind the manor. The steamer Thor passes outside your cottage in summer. Why not visit Växjö where you have many restaurants and shops and there is much to discover such as. Evedal castle ruins. There is both a train station and Småland Airport if you come by train or plane. Tolg is located just where the Småland highlands begin and here Asasjön has a connection with Tolgsjön.
A boat is available for hire at 700 SEK/week (must be pre-booked).
You can book single nights, but at least 2 nights.
Dogs are welcome and the cottage is non-smoking.
No youth groups.
A deposit of SEK 1500 is payable on arrival.
Electricity is not included in the rent but is charged extra on site (4 SEK/KWh).
Firewood is included.
You can book cleaning services on request.
